Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package of taco shells
  • Black olives for decoration
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to taco shell package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and water as per the packet instructions, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef mixture.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and place in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Use black olives to create eyes and mouth on the taco shells to resemble skulls.
  8. Serve with diced tomatoes and sour cream on the side, garnished with green onions.
