Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package of taco shells
- Black olives for decoration
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to taco shell package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and water as per the packet instructions, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese and place in the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Use black olives to create eyes and mouth on the taco shells to resemble skulls.
