Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Add the crumbled sausage, green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
