Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
- Add the crumbled sausage, green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
