Description

Mississippi Pot Roast Dip is a creamy, flavorful dip made with shredded pot roast, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini, perfect for game day or any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded pot roast
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning mix and mix well.
  3. Fold in the shredded pot roast, chopped pepperoncini, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
