Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded pot roast
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the ranch seasoning mix and mix well.
- Fold in the shredded pot roast, chopped pepperoncini, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

- For a spicier dip, add sliced jalapeños.
