- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, arrange the sweet potato chunks.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the melted butter, stirring until combined.
- Pour the butter mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Add the water to the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
