Marshmallow Rice Bubbles Halloween Brains Delightfully Fun!

Description

A fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween, these Marshmallow Rice Bubbles are shaped like brains and are sure to delight kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring
  • White chocolate for drizzling


Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a few drops of red food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  4. Add the Rice Bubbles and mix until well coated.
  5. Grease your hands and shape the mixture into brain shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Allow to cool and set for about 30 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with melted white chocolate to create a brain-like appearance.
  8. Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense color, add more red food coloring.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • These can be made ahead of time for Halloween parties.
