Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
