Ingredients
- Leftover prime rib, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the sliced prime rib to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture is heated and flavors meld.
