Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup tonkatsu sauce
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it drain on paper towels.
- Slice the chicken into strips and serve over cooked rice.
- Drizzle with tonkatsu sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
