  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, carrots, and celery until softened.
  2. Add the garlic and thyme, cooking for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the pastina and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
