Baked Sweet Chili Garlic Salmon

Description

Tender and flaky salmon fillets baked with a sticky, glossy sweet chili garlic sauce, garnished with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge.


Ingredients

Salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Sweet chili sauce (3 tablespoons)
Minced garlic (2 cloves)
Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
Honey (1 tablespoon)
Lime juice (1 teaspoon)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.
Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Brush the sweet chili garlic sauce evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and drizzle any remaining sauce over the salmon.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with a lime wedge on the side.
