Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with diced onion until fully cooked.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and add the elbow macaroni.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
- For a spicier version, add some hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
