Description

Tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce that’s perfect for an easy, comforting dinner.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
