Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture over them.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. Once the salmon is done, flake it into bite-sized pieces.
