Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture over them.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the mixed vegetables.
- Once the salmon is done, flake it into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topped with mixed vegetables and salmon.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
