Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and ginger.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  3. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce before serving.
