Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Whole wheat burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve on whole wheat buns with your choice of toppings.
