Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
