Description
A fun and healthy Halloween snack that kids will love, featuring cucumbers shaped like spiders.
Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of black olives
- 1/4 cup of red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh dill
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers into thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with fresh dill until well combined.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
- Cut the black olives in half to create the spider’s body and legs.
- Place half an olive on top of each cucumber slice for the spider’s body.
- Use the remaining olive halves to create legs by placing them around the body.
- Cut small pieces of red bell pepper to create eyes and place them on the olive body.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your spooky snack!

- For a vegan option, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative.
