Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the ground beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated ground beef.
- Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
