Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is grilling, slice the zucchinis lengthwise and brush with olive oil.
  5. Grill the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.
  6. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with a pinch of salt and pepper to create the creamy sauce.
  7. Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Assemble the bowl by placing sliced steak and grilled zucchini, then drizzle with creamy sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
