Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe California avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is grilling, slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out some flesh to create a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Top each chicken breast with avocado, a squeeze of lime juice, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
