Soft slider buns filled with sliced turkey breast and cheddar cheese, baked with a buttery garlic herb sauce for a golden, melty treat.
Ingredients
8 slider buns
8 slices sliced turkey breast
8 slices sliced cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a rectangular baking dish.
Layer each bottom bun with one slice of turkey breast and one slice of cheddar cheese.
Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Stir in garlic powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until combined.
Brush the butter herb sauce generously over the tops of the slider buns.
Bake sliders in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted, creating a soft and melty interior with a slightly crisped top.
Remove from oven and cut into individual portions before serving.
