  • 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Add the ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
