Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Once the wings are done, toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce until well coated.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
