Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
