Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped onions or bell peppers to the mixture.
- These meatloaves can be frozen before baking for a quick meal later.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
