Description

Delicious and moist chicken meatloaves infused with garlic and parmesan, perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped onions or bell peppers to the mixture.
  • These meatloaves can be frozen before baking for a quick meal later.
