Description

Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the classic taste of cheeseburgers with the convenience of rollups, all enhanced by a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into rectangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture on each rectangle and roll them up.
  7. Brush the tops with garlic butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
