Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked fried chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup street corn (grilled corn with spices)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded fried chicken, street corn, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
