Description

A creamy tuna salad made with canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and crunchy celery and red onion, garnished with parsley.


Ingredients

2 cans canned tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Add the finely chopped celery and red onion to the mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Gently mix all ingredients until well combined, maintaining some texture with the celery and onion.
Scoop the tuna salad neatly into a round mold on a white plate.
Garnish with a small sprig of parsley before serving.
