Delicious cheesecake pops infused with the rich flavor of blackberries, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
- Chocolate coating (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the blackberries until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain its fluffiness.
- Add the blackberry puree to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- If desired, dip the pops in melted chocolate coating before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense blackberry flavor, add more puree.
- These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Feel free to substitute blackberries with other berries if desired.
