Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate coating (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the blackberries until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain its fluffiness.
  4. Add the blackberry puree to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and insert sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. If desired, dip the pops in melted chocolate coating before serving.
