Ingredients

- 8 oz Emmental cheese, shredded
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, halved

- 1 baguette, cut into cubes

- Cooked meats (e.g., chicken, sausage) for dipping
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the halved garlic clove.
- In a separate bowl, toss the shredded cheeses with cornstarch.
- In the fondue pot, heat the white wine over medium heat until simmering.
- Gradually add the cheese mixture, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
