  • 1 baguette, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the halved garlic clove.
  2. In a separate bowl, toss the shredded cheeses with cornstarch.
  3. In the fondue pot, heat the white wine over medium heat until simmering.
  4. Gradually add the cheese mixture, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
