Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Use a fork or a hand mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped cilantro.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
