Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Use a fork or a hand mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the chopped cilantro.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers.
