Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and dill), chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, fresh herbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed peppers.
- Place the peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
