Baked Sweet Chili Garlic Salmon

Description

Salmon fillets baked to tender, flaky perfection, glazed with a sticky, glossy sweet chili garlic sauce, and garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.


Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Brush the sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and spoon additional sauce from the pan over the salmon.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
