Description

Elote Queso is a delicious and creamy Mexican-inspired dish made with corn, cheese, and spices, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1 cup of queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Grill the corn on medium heat until charred, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the corn.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled queso fresco and chopped cilantro on top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
