Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
