Ingredients

  • 1 lb maple Dijon sausage
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a large sheet pan.
