  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the egg white and almond extract, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. If desired, press a chocolate chip into the center of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
