Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add the egg white and almond extract, mixing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, press a chocolate chip into the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
