Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 packet (1.25 ounces) chili seasoning mix
2 cups beef broth
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess fat from the cooked ground beef and transfer the beef to the crockpot.
Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies (including the liquid), chili seasoning mix, and beef broth to the crockpot.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
After cooking, stir the chili soup and serve hot.
