Description

A delicious and easy-to-make creamy shrimp and crab Alfredo pasta bake topped with a cheesy crust.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add crab meat and stir gently.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, crab, Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute shrimp with chicken or vegetables for a different flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
