  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis to create zoodles.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add the zoodles to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  9. Slice the chicken and serve over the zoodles, drizzled with the alfredo sauce.
