  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli to the skillet and pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Stir to coat and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the sauce thickens.
