Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken.
- Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet and pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
- Stir to coat and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the sauce thickens.
- Serve the sticky chicken and broccoli over cooked rice.
