Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 cup of protein powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder.
- Add dark chocolate chips and sea salt, mixing until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

- Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup and a plant-based protein powder.
