Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Transfer the cooked turkey to the crockpot.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
