Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Transfer the cooked turkey to the crockpot.
  3. Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  4. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
