A delicious and easy-to-make creamy Tuscan chicken dish cooked in a crockpot, perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir well before serving and enjoy!

- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
- Can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
