Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use low-fat cream of chicken soup.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
