A simple and delicious Crockpot Chicken Casserole recipe that makes dinner preparation a breeze.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add the mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use low-fat cream of chicken soup.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
