Description

A creamy and delicious Crockpot Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli that is easy to prepare and perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the crockpot and stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • For a lighter version, you can use low-fat cream and cheese.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
