A creamy and delicious Crockpot Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli that is easy to prepare and perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the crockpot and stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a lighter version, you can use low-fat cream and cheese.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
