  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the chicken, including under the skin.
  4. Season the chicken generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Place the chicken breast-side up on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
