Ingredients
- 500g baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes until tender, then let them cool and peel.
- Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters.
- In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, red chili powder, and salt.
- Coat the potato pieces in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated potatoes until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar.
- Once the potatoes are fried, toss them in the honey chili sauce.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
