Description

A refreshing and vibrant cocktail made with hibiscus tea and rum, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed hibiscus tea
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Ice
  • Fresh lime slices and hibiscus flowers for garnish


Instructions

  1. Brew hibiscus tea and let it cool.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with fresh lime slices and hibiscus flowers.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add more soda water.
  • Hibiscus tea can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
