Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped sage, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and stir until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
