Baked Boursin Salmon

Description

Tender salmon fillet baked with a creamy Boursin cheese spread flavored with garlic and herbs, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon zest.


Ingredients

salmon fillet (6 oz)
Boursin cheese (2 tbsp)
lemon zest (1 tsp)
fresh parsley (1 tbsp, chopped)
olive oil (1 tsp)
salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread Boursin cheese evenly over the top of the salmon fillet.
Sprinkle lemon zest over the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Plate the salmon fillet centered on a white round plate.
Top with a small sprig of parsley and place a thin lemon wedge on the side.
